Vision Sound Group uses personal information to provide VSG accounts, music generation, credits and support. Contact Voicegroup04@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we process
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address and profile name. We do not receive your Google password. We store your account, credit balance, generation titles and styles, generation references, statuses and payment references. Prompts and lyrics are sent to an external music generation processor to create your track. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in prompts.
How information is used
We process this information to authenticate you, provide and retrieve music, maintain your credit balance, verify purchases, prevent misuse and resolve support requests. Account session cookies are essential for sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies in this version of the site.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site, backend and database. Google handles sign-in. Creem handles checkout and payment information; VSG does not store card details. A third-party AI music processor receives the information necessary to generate and deliver audio. These services may process information outside your country, under their own terms and applicable data-protection requirements.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and generation records while needed to provide the service, maintain credit records, investigate misuse and meet applicable obligations. Session cookies expire after 30 days; temporary sign-in state expires after 10 minutes. You can sign out to invalidate the current session. Email support to request account deletion, access or correction; we may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
Security
Connections use HTTPS and credentials for external services remain on the backend. Access to your library requires an authenticated session. No system can guarantee absolute security. Downloaded or shared audio is under your control.
