Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of VSG, an AI music generation service operated under the name Vision Sound Group. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact us at Voicegroup04@gmail.com.
1. Accounts and welcome credits
Use an account you control and provide accurate information. You must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live. A new Google account registration receives 100 welcome credits, sufficient for one generation. Creating multiple accounts or using automation to abuse welcome credits is prohibited. You are responsible for account activity and keeping your Google account secure.
2. Generations and credits
Each generation costs 100 credits. A Studio pack provides 1,000 credits for USD 10, sufficient for 10 generations. Credits are service units, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. Current checkout operates in test mode: test purchases do not charge real money. Credits are issued after verified payment confirmation, which may take a short time.
3. Your input and prohibited use
You must own, or have the necessary permissions for, all lyrics, prompts and other material you submit. Do not generate, reproduce or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights. Do not copy protected lyrics or recordings without permission, impersonate a person deceptively, or use another person's voice or identity without necessary authorization. Do not use VSG for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harmful activity, or attempt to bypass usage limits and security controls.
4. AI output and responsibility
Music is generated automatically. Output may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to existing material, or unsuitable for your intended use. We do not guarantee originality, copyright protection, exclusivity, commercial clearance or the accuracy of any generated content. You are responsible for reviewing a track and obtaining any necessary permissions before publishing, distributing or commercially using it.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vision Sound Group is not responsible for generated tracks or your use of them and disclaims warranties of fitness, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Refunds and failed generations
Purchases are non-refundable except where applicable law or mandatory payment-provider rules require otherwise. If a technical generation error occurs, email Voicegroup04@gmail.com with your account email and the affected track reference. Once the error is verified, we will restore the affected generation credits to your VSG account. Replacement credits are not a cash refund. Aesthetic preferences or a result differing from your expectations do not, by themselves, establish a technical error.
6. Availability and enforcement
We may suspend misuse, investigate suspected infringement and remove access to unlawful content. Generation times and service availability can vary. Download tracks you want to retain; permanent storage is not guaranteed. For account, infringement or credit issues, contact support.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and update date appear on this page. Material changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice required by applicable law.
